I love the undulating facade. Hopefully when those trees mature it will be a very nice courtyard, although IMO the built-in concrete seating thing has always felt very 1980’s office park to me, especially in a place as hot as Arizona.

It is like interning at a company. You are at the bottom of the totem pole; so, act accordingly.
